Shipping Policy
1. Processing and Lead Times
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. However, please allow for the following lead times:

In-Stock Items: Typically ship within 7-14 business days.

Made-to-Order Items: Custom fabrics or finishes may have lead times of 4-8 weeks, which will be confirmed after ordering.
2. Shipping and Delivery

Method: All furniture ships via freight carrier (e.g., XPO, R+L).

Service: Standard service is curbside delivery. The driver will deliver the packaged box(es) to the curb or end of your driveway. They are not required to go up stairs, across lawns, or into your home.

Upgraded Delivery: "Threshold" or "White Glove" delivery may be available for an additional fee. Assembly is not included in any delivery service.
3. Delivery Scheduling and Inspection

Scheduling: Once your order ships, the freight carrier will call you to schedule a 4-hour delivery window. An adult (18+) must be present.

Inspection: You must inspect all packaging for visible damage before the driver leaves. Note any issues on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and take photos. This is critical for any damage claims.
4. Shipping Destinations and Costs
We ship within the contiguous 48 United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are significant for furniture. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
5. Delivery Issues
We are not liable for carrier delays. For damaged shipments, you must follow the reporting process outlined in our Return Policy.
