Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your furniture. Please review our policy carefully, as it addresses the specific logistics of large furniture returns.
1. Return & Exchange Window & Conditions
Due to the custom nature and high shipping costs of furniture:

Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions and fees below.

Condition Requirements: Items must be unassembled, unused, and in perfect condition, repackaged in the original manufacturer's packaging with all parts, hardware, and manuals. We cannot accept returns of any assembled furniture.
2. Return Fees and Restrictions

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all furniture returns.

Return Shipping & Pickup: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item. This includes disassembly, professional repackaging, and freight shipping costs back to our warehouse, which can be substantial. We can arrange a professional pickup for a quoted fee.

Non-Returnable Items:

Any assembled, used, or damaged furniture.

Custom-order items (specific fabrics, finishes, or dimensions).

Clearance, floor models, or final sale items.

Items missing original packaging or parts.

3. The Return Process

Pre-Authorization is Mandatory: Contact customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA will be refused.

Disassemble & Repackage: You must disassemble the furniture and repackage it exactly as it arrived, using all original boxes and packing materials.

Arrange Return Shipment: You must arrange and pay for freight shipping. We recommend obtaining insurance.

Refund: After we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund (purchase price minus the 25% restocking fee) within 14 business days. Original delivery and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect all items thoroughly upon delivery before the freight carrier leaves.

Note any damage on the carrier's Bill of Lading.

Contact us within 48 hours with your order number, the signed BOL noting damage, and clear photos/videos.
We will arrange for repair, replacement of parts, or a full replacement/refund at no cost to you.
